Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb of ground turkey
    1 can of black beans, drained
    4 small mushrooms, diced
    2 tbsp cilantro, minced
    chipotle or chile seasoning

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir well.

2. Weigh out 1/4 lb burgers, or portion out into 8 pieces, whichever is easier.

3. Roll into balls and flatten on to wax paper. Stack as needed on plate.

4. Freeze.

5. To cook, simply remove patties from freezer and put directly onto a lightly oiled pan. Cook on one side until juicy. Flip and cook until desired temperature is reached.

6. Serve as desired. On a bun, in a wrap, with or without cheese. Over mixed greens is the healthiest option!
