Ingredients

1/2 c Bob's Red Mill soft white wheat berries
1 Tbs Smooth Natural peanut butter
    2 Tbs Organic Maple Syrup

Directions

lightly spray a heavy non-stick pot with pan spray. place over medium heat and add wheat berries. Cover and shake lightly as they heat. The berries will pop lightly and brown. Check occasionally to be sure that you don't scortch them. They will take about 5 minutes to toast to a rich brown.

Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and maple syrup. Allow to cool.

I ate my 1/2 c with a splash of milk, but it would be great with a half serving sprinkled over yogurt too!
