3/4 cup low-fat, sugar free yogurt
2 tbsp sliced almonds
3/4 cup diced apple, pear, or berries
sweetner to taste
Directions
in a bowl, soak oats in milk. place in refrigerator overnight. Add yogurt, almonds, fruit and sweetner to taste. mix well
