These cookies are not exactly on Santa's "nice" list either, with a cup of sugar in them, but they are fat-free and rich in antioxidants from the cocoa powder! These are also good for holiday gifting too, especially if you know a lactose-intolerant or celiac sufferer! Ingredients

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
pinch salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 large egg whites
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Whisk dry ingredients.
With an electric mixer, combine vanilla and egg whites until very foamy.
Add egg whites to cocoa mixture and beat with the mixer about 3 minutes, until glossy and well combined.
Drop onto greased (or paper-lined) cookie sheets about 3 inches apart.
Place in oven, reduce temperature to 325F.
Bake 15-17 minutes, or until cracks begin to appear in the tops of the cookies.
Cool completely on sheet.
