Ingredients

    2 tortillas (pref Ole Extreme Wellness Whole Wheat)
    3 oz chicken breast (pref Perdue Shortcuts strips)
    1/2 medium red bell pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 cup onion, cut in strips
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup salsa

Directions

Combine onions and peppers in skillet sprayed with cooking spray and and stirfry approx 5 minutes until cooked through, add chicken and mushroom and cook an additional 3 minutes. Add the salsa and cook until heated. Microwave the tortillas for approx 30 secs to warm, fill with stirfry mixture, wrap and eat!

Serving Size: makes 2 tortillas
