Ingredients

    2 Large Eggs
    2/3 Cup Olive Oil
    2/3 Cup Honey
    4 Cups Warm Water
    4 Tablespoons Bakers Yeast
    2 Tablespoons Morton Sea Salt
    8-12 Cups Whole Wheat Flour

    Mix all ingredients (except flour) in large mixing bowl. --it works best to have a Bosch mixer-- Then slowly add the flour, one cup at a time until it reaches the right consistency to create dough.

    Spray your 4 large bread pans thoroughly before placing the shaped bread loaves in them.

Directions

Makes four large loaves. Let rise in warm area for 25 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
