    1 - boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 - box wheat penne pasta (16oz box)
    1 - cup broccoli
    1 - tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    2 - tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 - small garlic clove
    salt & pepper to taste


Boil chicken until cooked.
Boil water and add penne pasta until cooked.
Steam broccoli.
Drain pasta and chicken.
Remove chicken from water and set aside until cool enough to break apart into chunks.
Drain pasta and broccoli and set aside.
Put into a bowl: chicken, pasta and broccoli.
Add to bowl: garlic, parmesan cheese, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: 1.5 cups per serving
