Ingredients

1 cup cornflakes
2 eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup of splenda
1 teaspoon baking powder
11/2 cups crisped rice cereal
Topping
9 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan. Place cornflakes into a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
2. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, peanut butter. splenda and baking powder. Beat with an electric mixer set on medium speed until blended, about 30 seconds
3. Add the corn flakes, crisped rice cereal to the peanut butter mixture. Mix well.
4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan. Bake until browned, about 25 minutes. Let the bars cool for about 15 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. For the topping, place the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH, stirring once, until chocolate is melted, about 2 minutes. Pour the melted chocolate over the chilled bars. Let the chocolate t. Cut into squares ans serve.
