    3/4 C. teff flour
    3/4 C. water
    1/2 t. salt

Directions

mix water & teff flour
let sit at least overnight (can rest up to 3 days)
add salt
cook over hot skliiet until dry

*make thinner than pancake but thicker than a crepe

Serving Size: makes 2 12 inch diameter breads
