Ingredients

    1 Jar Alfredo Sauce
    1 tsp Garlic minced
    4 oz Shrimp (tail removed)
    3 Cups mushrooms chopped
    3 oz Whole Wheat Penne Pasta Noodles
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper Seasoning (If desired)

Directions

1. Take tails off shrimp if they remain on
2. Chop mushrooms
3. Prepare pasta according to instructions
4. Medium heat, fry olive oil, shrimp, garlic and mushrooms together
5. When shrimp and mushrooms are done frying, add alfredo sauce (and cayenne if desired)
6. Let alfredo sauce heat up for 2-3 minutes
7. Add pasta
8. Serve
