good soup to make after a barbeque with left overs. good soup to make after a barbeque with left overs.

Ingredients

    22 oz of cooked round steak
    7 med. potatoes - diced
    1 large onion
    4 cloves of garlic
    2 pck beef boullion
    2 T worstershire sauce
    7 diced carrots
    1.5 cups of pearl barley
    half pack of mixed vegetables

Directions

Add diced steak and onion,garlic, beef boullion and ground pepper to large pot of water. Bring to boil and let simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
Dice potatoes and carrots and all these and all other ingredients to soup. Cook til vegetables are tender. Add fresh dill and tarragon for nice flavor.
