Introduction

UPDATED.... SWAPPED OUT SOUR CREAM WITH GREEK YOGURT. A nice taste for chicken in a Flour Tortilla. Ingredients

    4 Mission Flour Tortillas 8 inch
    1 full chicken Breast (2 halves) cut into bite sized pieces
    1 cup Dannon Oikos Greek Plain yogurt
    1 Envelope of Hidden Valley Ranch Dry packet
    1/2 Cup Salsa
    1 cup Cheddar Cheese


    Optional Toppings (not in Nutritional Info)
    Tomatos
    Lettuce
    Corn Chips

Directions

Cook cubed chicken in pan. Remove any extra juice from cooking.
Mix greek yogurt, Dry Ranch Packet, and Salsa in a bowl. Add to chicken heat on low until warm.
Fill Tortilla with about 1/2 cup of chicken mixture. Add 1/4 cup of Cheddar Cheese.

You can also add any other taco toppings (not included in nutrional information) And fold up like taco and eat. I like to add a few crushed corn chips.
