Ingredients

Mix one can evaporated milk
3/4 cup lime juice
tsp grated lime peel
1/4 cup 2% milk
and 4 pkg knox gelatin in saucepan- whisk well and heat until knox is dissolved.
beat 2 block low fat cream cheese in mixer until fluffy, slowly pour in knox mixture and blend well.
Add about 3/4 cup Splenda (or to taste)
pour into prepared graham cracker crust chill and serve.
