Ingredients

    3/4 c canned pumpkin
    1 egg
    1/4 c butter, room temp
    2 tbsp molasses
    1/4 c honey

    2 c rolled oats
    1/2 c sunflower seeds
    1/2 c almonds
    2 tbsp coconut, unsweetened
    1/4 c wheat germ
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 c chocolate chips
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    50 grm (2 scoops) plain Whey Isolate Powder

Directions

Blend all wet ingredients together, mix in dry ingredients.
Spread into 15.5" x 10.5" sheet pan, bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Cut into 30 pieces
