Ingredients

    30 oz bag of frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
    1 C skim milk
    2 C liquid egg whites
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 C lowfat cheddar cheese
    10 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 C diced sweet onion

Directions

Spray 6 qt. slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place frozen potatoes in cooker and break up any chunks. Mix all ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Cook on low for approximately 8 hours.
