Ingredients

    Zucchini, 3 cup, grated
    egg white, fresh, 5 large
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium, mashed
    western family great northern beans, 1 can, pureed
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    *Aunt Sue's Raw-Wild Natural Honey, 1/2 Cup
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 5.25 cup
    guittard extra dark chocolate chips 3/4 pkg
    *Sun Crystal 11 pkts
    marshmallows (optional) about 1 cup miniature

Directions

combine all liquid ingredients in mixing bowl, add sugar and blend till smooth. Add baking soda and baking powder, and zucchini. Add flour one cup at a time. Might need a little more, depends on how you like your dough. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop onto a sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. store in fridge if they don't get eaten right away - they'll go bad in summer days
