Ingredients

4T Light house Italian dressing
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 zucchini, chopped
1 bag casarecce pasta (we used Galo Falo organic)
4T light cream cheese, cubed
2 cups pasta sauce (We used Muir Glen organic Italian Herb)
Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on package.
Add dressing to pan, heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook for 2 minutes. Add zucchini, cook another 2 minutes.
Pour in 2 cups pasta sauce. Heat until boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for about 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
Top pasta with chicken mixture. Enjoy!
