Ingredients

    Whiting filets, thawed (5)
    Steak Cut French Fries, most varieties have the same calories.
    Frozen cut carrots, 5 cups
    2 Tbls. Parkay spray, (20 sprays)
    2 Tbls. Brown Sugar
    1/2 cup Panko plain bread crumbs

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 450*. Beat the egg in a bowl and brush a little over each side of the fish and roll gently in the bread crumbs. Place fish on baking sheet and salt and pepper to taste. Place fries on baking sheet and place both in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile place carrots in small sauce pan with parkay and sugar and half a cup of water, cook over medium heat until done. Servings are, 1 fish filet, 15 steak fries and 1 cup carrots each. Makes 5 servings.
