Introduction

Ingredients

1 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomatoe sauce
1 10 oz canned diced tomatoes green chilies
1 large white onion
2 fresh jalapeno peppers - remove seeds
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 tsp garlic powder
2 limes - juice only
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
I use the pulse setting on my food processor for this recipe. You can do it by hand or in a blender, but you will have to play with the consistency.
Dice onions and jalapenos in food processor on pulse. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Pulse to desired consistency. Add cilantro. Drain and add diced tomatoes & chillies. Pulse a few times to mix until desired consistency.
Chill. Best after it sets for a day or two. Freezes nicely if the recipe is too much for your use.
