Ingredients

5 Cups of Cascade Farm Organic Cinnamon Crunch Cereal (processed into crumbs) or use 3 1/2 cups of Gram Cracker Crumbs

7 Tbsp of melted Butter (I used Brummel & Brown)

1 box of your favorite Brownie Mix (I used Trader Joe's Reduced Fat Brownies - made with apple sauce & by error Greek Yogurt)

3 .3 Cups of Mini Marshmallows

You can so easily modify this recipe by using what you like.
    Other modifications you could use:

3 1/2 cups of Gram Cracker Crumbs or Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
    5 Tbsp of melted Butter
1 box of your favorite Brownie Mix or your own recipe
    16 Large marshmallows

Directions

In a 9×13 pan, melt butter in microwave. Add cereal/graham cracker crumbs, making sure they are fully moistened and press into a sturdy crust.

Mix up brownies, and pour batter over crust. Bake for recommended. Test with a toothpick before removing – the brownies likely need another 15-20 minutes because of the graham crust on the bottom. (mine were done in 25 minutes - because I made the layer thinner by using a large pan then recommended.)

Once fully finished baking, add on marshmallows. Set under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or back into the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Watch closely to make sure marshmallows don’t burn. (I cooked mine for 5 more minutes and then used a blow torch to char the marshmallows)

Let cool completely – 2-3 hours.
