Ingredients

    2 T rolled oats, uncooked
    1/2 peach, peeled and chopped
    1 T chopped pecans
    Juice of an orange wedge or ~ 1/2 T orange juice
    1 tsp light butter
    1/2 tsp brown sugar
    pinch of salt, if desired
    pinch of cinnamon or spices of choice

Directions

In a ramekin, combine peaches and juice. In a bowl, combine oats, pecans, brown sugar, salt, and spices. Add butter and stir till mixed well. Spread mixture on top of peaches and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, or till bubbly. If you wish, you may broil for a few minutes to brown the top. Serve and enjoy!

*You may also make this with any fruit/nut combination of your choice.
