    Cinnamon, ground, 0.25 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1.50 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 12 tsp (remove)
    Weston all-purpose flour, 2 cup (remove)
    *unsweetened Baker's chocolate, 2 serving (remove)


1. Preheat the oven to 400, use butter Pam spray and grease three mini loaf pans.

2. In a large bowl, mix the first six ingredients well.

3. In a smaller bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.

4. Mix together the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients in the larger bowl, may be chunky.

5. Pour batter into the loaf pans equally and place in the oven. start at 20 minutes - if it isn't done - add a few more minutes until it reaches desired golden brown or when toothpick is not wet.

6. Remove from oven and let stand and cool.
