Absolute incredible!! I'm not sure what the vinegar does, but it definitely is the most tender I have ever tried. - 12/10/08

  • I'm an old farm girl, but I haven't cooked liver in a long time. I think the vinegar is to mitigate the strong flavor that often comes with liver. This is a very good recipe. i needed the directions about how long to cook the liver on each side and how to finish cooking it with the onions. 5 star - 11/20/09

  • This will be very good! I've cooked liver in a similar fashion but never with vinegar. I'm looking forward to trying this. - 5/6/08
