Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This turned out great! I added bacon to the recipe. Fried the bacon first, then the onions in the bacon fat, then added the floured liver and followed the recipe from there. Yes, the bacon added calories but; I'd rather have a smaller, tastier portion. Yum..
