Ingredients

1 cup organic peanut butter
2 T. honey
1/4 c. Whey Protein powder - chocolate OR vanilla (about 2 scoops) + additional if rolling into balls.
1/4 Scottish/Irish/Old-fashioned oats, whirled in blender for 10 seconds
1 dash salt
Optional add-ins and/or to roll balls in:
4 T. chopped nuts
4 T. mini chocolate chips
4 T. raisins
3T. unsweetend coconut flakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Stir to combine, adding protein powder as needed to firm up texture. (Will look like stiff cookie dough.)
Roll into balls (diameter about $0.25 piece). Chill in fridge or freezer. Balls will firm up. (Option: Roll balls in coconut or cocoa powder as you desire.)
Enjoy 2 balls are a balanced P-F-C snack.
