Ingredients

    2 cups cabbage/carrot cole slaw mix
    1 can (1 cup) citrus salad - drained (orange & grapefruit mix)
    1 can crushed pineapple - drained
    1/4 C chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp almond slivers
    2 Tbsp fat free miracle whip
    1 Tbsp water
    2 Tbsp light coconut milk
    3 Tsp splenda

Directions

combine fruit, almonds, onions, and slaw in a bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together mayo, water, coconut milk, and splenda. Add to salad mixture, toss and serve.
