Ingredients

    1/2 head cabbage, sliced thin or shredded
    1 red pepper, sliced thin
    1 green pepper, sliced thin
    1 cup kale (lacinato) sliced thin
    1 cup celery, chopped
    3 large carrots, shredded
    1/4 large Bermuda onion, chopped or sliced thin

    2 T honey
    1 T rice vinegar
    2 T white balsamic vinegar
    2 T olive oil

Directions

Combine raw veggies and drizzle with dressing ingredients. Mix well, chill and serve.
