Ingredients

    * 12 Lasagna Noodles cooked
    * 1 1/2 cups Ricotta Cheese, reduced fat,
    * 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated,
    * 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed
    * 1 Jar Marinara Sauce
    * 1 cup 2% Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1 tsp. kosher salt

Directions

pregeat oven to 450. mix ricotta, Pour 1 cup of sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a seperate bowl mix Parmesan, spinach, garlic, pepper and salt together. Take one lasagna noodle and roll 2 heaping tbsp. of cheese mixture on the noodle and roll up. Place on top of sauce in dish. repeat with the rest of noodles and mixture. top rolls with rest of sauce and the mozzarella. Bake at 450 for 15 to 20 mins or until cheese is light brown and bubbly. Enjoy
