Ingredients

    Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 15 serving
    Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup, cooked
    Safeway Select Southwest Salsa - Medium, one glass jar
    Green Chili Peppers, one small can
    Beans, black, 2 cans
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded
    Lemon Juice, a dash for taste
    Cumin seed, .5 tsp
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp, more if you want it hot
    Kirkland chicken breast 1 can

Directions

Mix salsa and rice togther. Spread on tortilla. Add a spoonful of beans, chicken, and cheese on top. Fold into burrito shape. Heat in griddle side of wafflemaker till tortilla is light brown and crispy on both sides. Eat.

Omit chicken to make vegetarian and cut 30 cal per serving.
