Introduction

Again love german food but the sodium and cholesterol is too high for my husband. I have managed to revamp some of the recipes I found and liked to be more heart smart. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup 2% milk
    4 large egg, whites
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients together, mix until smooth. Over a pot of boiling water drop a small about of the mixture through a large hole seive. Stir gentle to prevent the noodles from clumping, boil until tender. Drain well and serve immediately.

Can be added to a sauce or fried with a bit of cooking spray and seasoning.
