Ingredients

    3 TBSP butter
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 cup onion chopped
    2 cups raw mushrooms sliced
    1 cup water
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 package ramen noodles chicken flavor seasoning packet removed
    1 TBSP Fresh parsley chopped

Directions

melt butter, saute garlic, onion & mushrooms until soft but not brown
add water, thyme and seasoning packet
stir in milk
cook over low heat until warm
break noodles and add
simmer for 5 minutes
stir in parsley
