Ingredients

    Melt in saucepan:
    1/2 cup butter
    2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
    Add:
    1 C sugar
    1 C flour
    1 t. pero or noka (optional)
    1 t. vanilla
    2 eggs
    Mix and put in greased 8" x 8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes. Cool.
    For Frosting:
    Melt:
    1.5 Tablespoons butter
    1.5 Tablespoons milk
    1/3 C. sugar
    Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add:
    1/4 C semisweet chocolate chips.
    Stir to melt. Pour over brownies immediately.
    Cut into 9 pieces.
