Ingredients

    1 t. olive oil

    10 medium shrimp, peeled & de-veined
    1 small garlic clove, smashed and chopped
    1 green onion, sliced
    1/3 cup frozen peas

    2 T half & half
    1/2 T cream cheese
    1 T grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    Dash pepper

Directions

Heat oil in skillet or wok pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic, onion, and peas and stir until shrimp just turn pink. Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients, stirring until cheeses melt. Serve immediately.
