Introduction

These are very filling and good too. These are very filling and good too.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup
    Stevia Extract In The Raw, 2 tbsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Almond Milk - Original, 1 cup
    egg white, 4 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    Water 1/3 cup

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients minus the cinnamon
2. Beat eggs, milk, and vanilla
3. Mix step 2 into step 1 and water
4. Mix in cinnamon
5. Scoop out each serving with a 1/3 cup mixing cup
6. Spray skillet with PAM or Olive Oil
7. Cook on low med heat

Serving Size: 6 pancakes or 76 grams.
