Ingredients

    10 ounces Boneless Chicken Breast, no skin, (2 med breasts or 4 tenders)
    1 1/2 cups Great value suger snap stir fry
    1/4 cup Great Value Fat Free Italian Dressing
    1/2 packet Great value sour cream & chive mashed potatoes

Directions

Marinate chicken in dressing for 20-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken and dressing in 9x9 glass baking dish. Do not grease, the oil in the dressing will prevent it from sticking. Cook for 20 minutes and check. Depending on the thickness it may take up to 30 minutes. While the chicken is cooking boil the stirfry vegetables. Prepare mashed potatoes as directed.
