    2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup brown rice
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped.
    1 16 oz package california blend, steamed
    4 tablespoons butter
    2 tsps Nature's Seasoning
    2 tsps Vinegar (optional)

Directions

Cook rice in chicken broth. Add cooked chicken and steamed veggies. Top with butter and nature's seasoning.
