Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    1/2 cup Polaner All Fruit with Fiber Apricot Spreadable Fruit
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 Tbls fresh ginger root, grated
    2 Tbls soy sauce
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbls brown sugar
    1 Tbls lemon juice

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Place chicken in baking dish; cover with sauce; Bake at 350 for 45 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
