Introduction

This fills my blender which is 5 cups, which will be 2 servings of 2.5 cups each This fills my blender which is 5 cups, which will be 2 servings of 2.5 cups each

Ingredients

    1/2 cup 2% Milk (or Milk substitue of your choosing)
    1 cup Lowfat Plain or Vanilla Yogurt
    .5 cup frozen strawberries
    1 small frozen banana (cut into chunks before freezing)
    1 scoop of MRM Veggie Protein Powder


Directions

Blend all together. It will be the consistancy of a ice cream milk shake!

Serving Size: Makes two 2.5 cup servings
