Introduction

I needed a quick and easy fish recipe, so I tried this one out. It was delicious and even my sceptical kids liked it! I needed a quick and easy fish recipe, so I tried this one out. It was delicious and even my sceptical kids liked it!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 - 4 oz. Tilipia Fillets
    3 oz. Lemon Juice
    Lemon Pepper Seasoning
    6 tsp. butter
    Aluminum Foil
    Baking Sheet


Directions

Coat the fillets with lemon juice, place each on their own piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on both sides of the fillets. Add one tsp. of butter to each fillet and wrap the fillets in aluminum foil. Cook in 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 fillets
