    Chicken Breast, onion, garlic, Mushrooms, Ginger Root, Chili powder, Tumeric, garam Masala,cinnamon, tomato paste, water, Yogurt, corn flour


Spray pan with Pam (or use 4 tsp butter); saute onion & garlic until tender. Add the chicken, ginger, spices & seasoning. Saute gently for about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Add the tomato paste, mushrooms & water. Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Mix samll amount of water & corn flour together & use tot hicken mixture. Remove from heat. Finish by folding in the yogurt & serve immediately on rice. (Yogurt will curdle if it boils again.)
