Ingredients

    1 cup chopped onion
    1 1/2 cup celery
    1 1/2 Tbs butter
    Saute together and set aside

    Add
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 1/2 c milk
    3/8 less than 1/2 c flour
    1/4 c butter
    Mix together as sauce and add 1 small pkg of velveeta cheese

    Fish is added when your ready to put into the oven
    broken lobster
    1/4 lb crab meat
    3/8 lb shrimp
    1/2 lb scallops

Directions

make sauce and stir until smooth and add the fish and put into 350 oven for 30 minutes.

EAT N ENJOY with rice and vegetables
