Ingredients

    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbsp
    Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 0.5 cup, shredded
    Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup, shredded
    Spinach, frozen, 1 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, medium diced *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 medium, dice
    Zucchini, 0.2 cup, diced
    Pepper, black, 3 dash
    Garlic powder, 0.25 tsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp

Directions

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Spray small baking dish with cooking spray. Put into baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for apprx 25 until light golden brown.

Spread on bagel chips, bread, cracker of your choice

Makes 20 bagel chip servings
