Ingredients

    24 Jalapeno peppers
    20 cups fresh tomato, blanched peeled and husks removed then put through food processer.
    6 cups Red onions aprox 7 medium size
    4 cups green peppers aprox 5 med size
    2 whole garlic bunch, aprox 12 cloves put all through food processer
    Hunts tomato paste(Garlic) 6 X 156 ml cans
    Vinegar 3 X 3/4 cup

Directions

Prepare then cook all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil and boil gently for 30 minutes or until desired consistency. I let mine sit over night then then taste for spicy flavor possibly add more spice if needed. then I re boil again before filling jars.

Serving Size: makes 31 250ml jars
