Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup diced daikon
    1.5 cup dried split peas (before soaked overnight)
    7 cups water
    some salt and pepper
    some garlic powder

Directions

add everything together

bring to boil and then simmer for 60minutes
add spices after mix brought to simmer

can blend after cooked
