3 Leeks (medium) sliced thin w/about half of stalk
3 Garlic cloves minced
8 Celery stalks, large
8 cups Vegetable Broth
4 cups Cooked Wild Rice
10 Carrots medium
1 tbsp Thyme, ground
24 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla
1/4 cup Potato Starch Flour
Directions
Cook Rice to make 4 cups.
In soup pot cook leeks, garlic, celery and carrots until tender.
Add Wild Rice, thyme, Almond Milk to which Potato Starch has been added. Cook until thickened.
