Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Evaporated Cane Juice 3/4 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 1/2 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 Cup
    egg white, fresh, 3 large
    Milk, nonfat, 1/4 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    *Lemon Juice 1 tsp
    Walnuts, 1/2 Cup


Directions

Mash Bananas with fork add all ingredients into bowl with the exception of walnuts. Mix well with whisk. Add walnuts and place into a loaf pan and bake until a tooth pick come out clean.

Serving Size: 12 1/2 inch slices
