Ingredients

    2 Tbs. butter
    1 pd. potatoes, sliced
    Diced chicken
    1 can campbell's 98% fat-free Broccoli Cheese Soup
    2 C. frozen broccoli flowerets
    1/2 C. milk
    1/4 C. reduced-fat parmesan cheese
    garlic salt to taste

Directions

Cook potatoes in butter for 10 minutes. Add chicken and vegetables. Mix together soup, milk and garlic salt and add. Add Parmesan cheese, heat to a boil, reduce to low heat, cook for five minutes or until done.
