Ingredients

    1/2 lb butter, softened
    1/2 c crisco shortening
    1 1/2 c Splenda for baking
    5 eggs
    3 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c milk
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Cream butter, crisco & sugar.
Add eggs, mix very well
Add dry ingredients alternating with milk
Add vanilla, mix well.

Bake @ 325 for 1 1/2 hrs in greased & floured tube pan.
