Ingredients

Main ingredient:
- Black Beans
Sauce ingredients:
- Soy Sauce (4 tbsp)
- Cooking Wine (1 tbsp)
- Corn Syrup (3 tbsp)
- Sugar/Brown sugar (1tbsp)
- Sesame seed (1tbsp)
Directions
1. Rinse your black beans and put it in a bowl.
2. Overnight, sink it under water! (minimum 6 hours)
3. Put a 1.5 cup of water and black beans in a pot and let it boil on HIGH.
4. When it starts boiling, decrease the temperature to 3 (weak-middle).
5. When you think the water is 2/3 gone, put all the leftover ingredients except for the sugar and Sesame seeds!
6. Put the heat on 5 (middle) and wait till boils a bit.
7. When you think the water is 3/4 gone, put the sugar in and simmer it!
8. When the water/sauce is 1/6 left, you turn off the stove!
9. Sprinkle Sesame seeds and mix it around!
10. Put it in a container and put it in the fridge!
11. Eat whenever you want to!
(I prefer when it is a bit cooler rather than warm...)
