Ingredients

    2 Haas Avocados peeled and seeded
    2 cups banana (peeled, sliced, and frozen)
    4 cups baby spinach, fresh
    2 small apples (cored and sliced) (I used red)
    2 sprigs fresh mint
    ~2 cups water

Directions

combine avocado and banana in blender and blend until smooth; add in apples and blend until smooth, blend in spinach and min.

Use water as necessary during above steps to allow for smooth blending and to reach desired consistency.

Serving Size: makes 2 20-oz serving
